1972 Chevelle SS Pro Street. Professionally built car. 460 cu in big block with a 292 Comp Cam, ported and polished heads, roller rockers, JE pistons, steel crank, LS7 rods, Weiand "177" supercharger with Demon carb, HPC coated headers with electric dumps, TCI 400 manual valve body transmission with 3800 stall, Richmond 430 rear end with Strange axles and Detroit center section (tubbed). Competition bucket seats with RCI 5 point harness. Ed Quay rear wing, custom stereo system with JL Audio speakers, trunk mounted custom NOS tank (never used but plumbed), laser straight body with beautiful plum metallic paint and black SS stripes, Billet Specialties wheels with 205/75/15 front tires and 31/18.5/15 rears. Estimated build cost in excess of $65,000.00. This is one of the nicest cars that I've owned and I've owned a lot of nice cars!
